How we work
Accountability you can name —
at international scale
Crew management is measured by how consistently it performs when plans change. Whether it's an unexpected crew relief, a certification issue or a last-minute operational challenge, what matters is having experienced people who respond quickly, communicate clearly and take responsibility. That's how we work.
Every client works with a named crew manager who knows the fleet, and has direct access to our senior management when a decision cannot wait. Taking on a fleet follows a settled sequence — understanding the operation, agreeing the model, selecting and preparing crew, then running and reviewing it together.

MLC 2006 certified by RINA. Employment agreements, hours of rest, wage records and repatriation arrangements maintained to certified standard.
One named team, not a ticket queue
You'll work with the same dedicated team throughout our partnership. Your crew manager is a person who knows your fleet — not simply the next name in a rotation. When decisions matter, our senior management remains directly involved.
Experience shaped at sea
Our crewing teams are supported by senior professionals with extensive seagoing experience, including former Masters and marine engineers. Their operational insight strengthens the assessment of both nautical and technical candidates, ensuring selection is based not only on qualifications, but also on practical suitability for the realities of working onboard.
Transparency as a working method
We believe in proactive communication. You'll receive timely updates on crew planning, reliefs and operational developments, giving you the information you need before issues become problems.
Flexibility without improvisation
We adapt our processes to the way your fleet operates — not the other way around. While our approach remains flexible, our commitment to quality, compliance and operational standards never changes.
The process
From first conversation to long-term partnership
Our process is structured, transparent and designed to give you confidence from day one. Every stage is agreed in advance and managed by the same dedicated team throughout the partnership.

- 01
Understand the fleet
Vessel types, trading areas, flag and class requirements, rotation patterns, nationalities, cost structure and the operational challenges you want to solve.
- 02
Agree the operating model
Scope, responsibilities, escalation routes, reporting cadence and named contacts on both sides — agreed before implementation begins.
- 03
Select and prepare crew
Recruitment, screening and preparation led by experienced maritime professionals, supported by verified documentation and vessel-specific familiarisation.
- 04
Manage and report
Day-to-day crew management, payroll, crew changes, compliance and regular reporting designed around your operational requirements.
- 05
Review together
Regular review meetings with the same team, focused on continuous improvement rather than explaining yesterday's problems.
Moving a fleet from one manager to another has its own sequence. Our guide to changing your crew management provider sets out how a handover is planned, and our crew management services describe what we take on once it is complete.
Who you will be working with
The names behind the accountability
Everything on this page depends on people you can name. These are the managers who take the decisions on your fleet, from crew planning and recruitment to payroll and commercial matters — and who remain reachable once the arrangement is running.

Crewing review
Start with a review, not a commitment
We will look at your current crewing setup and give you a written, honest view of what we would do differently — whether or not you decide to change anything.
- A review of your crewing setup, built on your fleet — not a template
- No obligation and no NDA required to start the conversation
- Direct contact with the senior people who would run your account
30 minutes. One partner. Zero sales pitch.
